Connie graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Psychology. She worked as an administrative assistant for Pillsbury in Minneapolis and briefly taught school.
She chose to be a stay-at-home mom while raising 4 children. She channeled her energy into church, school and community affairs. During those years she was on the board of Interfaith Outreach, school fundraising chair and was the president of 8 different volunteer organizations. She was PTO president and a member of the board at Denver Academy. Connie has tremendous energy and outstanding organizational and people skills.
Brian graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Psychology and from the University of Minnesota with a Juris Doctorate.
Brian practiced law in Minneapolis for a time with a concentration in real estate law.
He and a partner founded a vertically integrated sales and marketing/fundraising company. As the company grew, they left the practice of law to pursue the business full time. After 20 very successful years, it was acquired by a competitor - Entertainment Publications, who folded it into their business and continues to operate it today.
Brian was also a partner in a company that owned rental property and did property fix and flips.
Brian and his partner founded a mystery shopping company- Secret Shopper®. The company helped clients improve customer service by sending trained anonymous shoppers into their stores to observe and report on the customer experience. Secret Shopper compiled and analyzed the data for store management. Secret Shopper has over 300,000 independent contractor shoppers across the U.S. in its database. Among its clients have been Kroger stores (including King Soopers), Coca Cola, the NBA store and many others. Brian sold his interest at the beginning of 2009. The company continues to operate at secretshopper.com.
Brian headed up various sales and marketing efforts for each of his companies and is an expert in both print and web-based marketing campaigns.
Connie and Brian have lived in Denver for over 23 years. Connie comes from a real estate family- her father developed Denver real estate in the 70’s and 80’s.
We have learned over the years that we work well as a team and have broad, complementary skills. We are excited to be in the real estate business together.
